Refund policy

At TrendLoom, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1️⃣ 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


2️⃣ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at ebrahimmoshiri64@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.


3️⃣ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before placing a return request.


4️⃣ Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures the fastest processing.


5️⃣ European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The returned item must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, original packaging) and you must provide proof of purchase.


6️⃣ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
